The perfect on the go healthy snack! Packed with protein, healthy fats, and just the right amount of sweetness. I love to pack these with lunches. The best part is, they’re done within 10 minutes.

Ingredients

2 scoops Equip vanilla beef protein powder
- 1.5 cups glyphosate free sprouted oats
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
- Dash of vanilla
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Optional: a scoop of colostrum powder and/or collagen powder
Instructions:
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add Equip clean protein powder, oats, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, chocolate chips.
- Wet Ingredients: Stir honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla, heat in microwave for 30 seconds, stir until well combined.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients.
- Adjust Consistency: If the mixture feels dry, add a splash of water or milk until it sticks together.
- Roll into Balls: Scoop and roll/squish into bite-sized balls.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set
