No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Energy Balls

The perfect on the go healthy snack! Packed with protein, healthy fats, and just the right amount of sweetness. I love to pack these with lunches. The best part is, they’re done within 10 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Equip vanilla beef protein powder
  • 1.5 cups glyphosate free sprouted oats
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
  • Dash of vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional: a scoop of colostrum powder and/or collagen powder

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add Equip clean protein powder, oats, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, chocolate chips.
  2. Wet Ingredients: Stir honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla, heat in microwave for 30 seconds, stir until well combined.
  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
  4. Adjust Consistency: If the mixture feels dry, add a splash of water or milk until it sticks together.
  5. Roll into Balls: Scoop and roll/squish into bite-sized balls.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set
