Homemade Protein Bars

Instead of eating protein bars from the store with artificial sweeteners and flavorings that wreck your gut, make these healthy homemade protein bars with 60g of clean protein powder at home instead.


Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 8 or so strawberries
  • Heaping scoop of coconut oil
  • 3 scoops Equip beef protein powder
  • Dash of sea salt

 

Instructions:

Blend all of this up, pour the mixture into a glass dish lined with parchment paper (easier to remove the protein bars when solidified) and let it freeze for a few hours.

Next melt a scoop of coconut oil with cacao powder or chocolate chips and some honey or maple syrup to sweeten all together for a chocolate drizzle on top.

Place it back in the fridge or freezer for your melted chocolate drizzle to solidify and enjoy!
