Chocolate Banana Bread Protein Muffins

"This is the ONLY recipe I use for the most moist banana bread, you don’t have to add chocolate protein but it’s gooood!"


Ingredients:

  • 3-4 medium ripe bananas

  •  ¼ cup coconut oil

  •  ¼ cup favorite milk
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 cup organic flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Equip chocolate clean protein powder




Instructions:

  1. Add 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil to a bowl with 3-4 medium sized ripe bananas

  2. Mash all your bananas with coconut oil

  3. Add 2 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of milk

  4. Mix all the liquid in with the mashed bananas

  5. Add 1/2 cup of favorite sugar

  6. Add 1 scoop of Equip chocolate beef protein powder and stir it in

  7. Add 1 tsp baking soda and about 2 cups (or a bit less) of organic flour

  8. Be sure not to over mix with the flour so it does not become overly gummy/dense

  9. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350
