A quick and simple take on 5-minute Protein Peanut Butter Energy Bites, made with cashew butter and clean protein powder!
Ingredients

1/2 cup raw cashew butter (used a bit more to help with the consistency)
- 1/4 cup honey
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Prime Protein (our beef protein powder)
- 1/3 cup flaxseed
- 1/2 cup oats
- Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Chocolate chips
- Coconut flakes
Instructions:

Mix wet ingredients first, then add in dry ingredients.

Mix until the consistency is similar to cookie dough.

Roll into 1 inch balls with your hands.
- Let sit in the fridge for about two hours
- Enjoy!
