Cashew Butter Protein Bites

A quick and simple take on 5-minute Protein Peanut Butter Energy Bites, made with cashew butter and clean protein powder! Great on the go, just like our clean protein bars.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashew butter (used a bit more to help with the consistency)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • Splash of vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup Prime Protein (our beef protein powder)

  • 1/3 cup flaxseed

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • Cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Chocolate chips

  • Coconut flakes

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix wet ingredients first, then add in dry ingredients.

  2. Mix until the consistency is similar to cookie dough.

  3. Roll into 1 inch balls with your hands.

  4. Let sit in the fridge for about two hours

  5. Enjoy!
