How Our Beef Protein Is Made

Our beef protein comes from grass-fed, pasture-raised cows, mainly in the U.S., with some sourcing from Sweden. The manufacturing process uses only mechanical and thermal methods—no chemicals. Beef bones and adhering meat are crushed, defatted (removing cholesterol), and slow-cooked with water, like bone broth. The liquid is then spray-dried into a nutrient-rich protein powder.

Unlike collagen or bone broth powders, which lack tryptophan and cysteine, our beef protein is complete, containing all nine essential amino acids. Beware of ‘beef protein’ powders that are just bone broth!
