In fact, two separate studies found colostrum to be more effective at preventing influenza viruses than the flu vaccine!
Why is Colostrum unique?Colostrum is able to sustain the health of newborns and help them grow. It is incredibly nutrient dense as it acts as the soul source of fuel after birth. I have been using core colostrum for 2 weeks now and have been adding it daily to my prime protein powder. The reason I added it to my routine was I had read so much about colostrum boosting the immune system. I was worried at first that it would cause digestive issues as it is a dairy product and I only drink raw milk. However I’ve actually noticed the opposite. AND something I wasn’t expecting was my skin has changed in the last week and has become more clear from blemishes, and brighter/radiant. I’m excited to see what happens in the future with this product!
