How should I take this product?
Take one scoop, once a day with water or milk. Colostrum can also be mixed with our Prime Protein and Grass-Fed Collagen in shakes, coffee, or other goods! Alternatively, you can drop one scoop directly in your mouth and let it sit - this is a 'bolus' method. It actually tastes pleasant and this method may increase absorption. -
