These protein peanut butter cups using our clean protein powder or grassfed collagen are the perfect protein dessert and healthier sweet treat to snack on anytime.
Ingredients:
Protein Peanut Butter Layer
- ½ cup organic peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

½ - 1 scoop beef protein powder/collagen powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Optional: pinch of sea salt
Chocolate Layer
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- About 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
Combine peanut butter, maple syrup and protein powder or collagen in a bowl and mix well to combine.
Melt chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil in a small pot/pan on the stove.
Add some melted chocolate to a candy mold (or a parchment lined dish) then transfer to the fridge to chill
Add the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate then cover with the remaining melted chocolate.
Place back into the fridge and allow to fully solidify and enjoy!
Store leftovers (if you have any) in the fridge for later.
