How Our Beef Protein Is Made
Our beef protein comes from grass-fed, pasture-raised cows, mainly in the U.S., with some sourcing from Sweden. The manufacturing process uses only mechanical and thermal methods—no chemicals. Beef bones and adhering meat are crushed, defatted (removing cholesterol), and slow-cooked with water, like bone broth. The liquid is then spray-dried into a nutrient-rich protein powder.
Unlike collagen or bone broth powders, which lack tryptophan and cysteine, our beef protein is complete, containing all nine essential amino acids. Beware of ‘beef protein’ powders that are just bone broth!

I purchased the chocolate flavor first and ended up liking it so I purchased 4 boxes later of peanut and berries. I would say chocolate is my and my 14yo son’s favorite. I can taste beef slightly when I take my first bite of the berry bar but it goes away, not too bad. Peanut bar: not bad but I prefer chocolate. Does not have a strong peanut taste. Yes, it is chewy but not bad. It’s doesn’t stick to your teeth and it’s not hard like other bars. I’m happy I finally found a healthy bar for my kids and something I can eat that won’t give me flares bc I have gut issues and an autoimmune condition.

The peanut butter flavored bar tastes great. It’s chewy and just the right amount of sweetness.
Surprisingly good flavor. Package and bar wasn’t super oily like other “healthy” protein bars. Really good for my macros during my body recomposition. Can make the price work if I buy 4 boxes at a time.
